The DU 320 is a versatile turn-over machine that can be used regardless of swath shape and is suitable for throughputs of up to 1000 m³/h. It pushes the material away from the side of the swath and mills it away. Subsequently, the material is laid down again as a new swath via the side conveyor belt next to the machine.
The machine can be deployed flexibly and requires minimal setup times. The side milling discs are fitted with durable tools that can be easily replaced.
The DU 320 is attached to the corresponding carrier vehicle using a three-point hitch. With 1000 revolutions per minute, a PTO shaft provides sufficient power for continuous operation of the machine.
For hydraulics, steering, and safety systems, components from renowned manufacturers are used. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the machine requires little maintenance and has minimal downtime. Like all other Doppstadt machines, the DU 320 is very user-friendly and extremely mobile.
The DU 320 converter is effectively used for turning and processing compost heaps, contaminated soil, shredded green waste and residual/organic waste.
